MEXICO + CUBA
Day 1:
Arrival in Mexico City. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in the City of Mexico.
Day 2:
Breakfast. Square of Three Cultures. A visit to the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Visiting the largest pyramids of America in the pre-Hispanic city of gods – Teotihuacan. Dinner and overnight in the City of Mexico.

Day 3:
Breakfast. A walk around the old town: Zocalo, the Cathedral and the Presidential Palace with wall paintings by Diego Rivera. Visiting the Anthropological Museum with the richest collections of pre-Columbian art. Coyocan. Museum of Frida Kalho – Casa Azul. Rafting with colorful boats around the Xochimilco gardens. Overnight in the City of Mexico.
Day 4:
Breakfast. A visit to the syncretic church in Tonantzintla. Entering the world’s largest pyramid in Cholula and a visit to the local craft market. Transfer to the city of Angels – Puebla: Parian Market, Rosary Chapel, Cathedral. Dinner and overnight in Puebla.
Day 5:
Breakfast. Transfer to Cacahuamilpa – the largest caves in Mexico. Visiting the famous silver city – Taxco: Church of St. Priscilla and Saint Sebastian, viewpoints, Zócalo. Overnight in Taxco.
Day 6:
Transfer to Acapulco to an all-inclusive hotel with direct access to the beach. All inclusive holidays. In the evening, optional trip to La Quebrada for spectacular water jumps (+25 USD). Overnight in Acapulco.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Further all-inclusive stay. Optionally, the opportunity to spend the morning on the Coyuca lagoon (+75 USD), in the evening cruise on the bay (+55 USD). Overnight in Acapulco.
Day 8:
A day off in Acapulco. Overnight in Acapulco.
Day 9:
Breakfast. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Havana. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation. Free time. Dinner and overnight in Havana. Accommodation with Cuban families.
Day 10:
After breakfast, visit the capital of Cuba – Havana.
2-hour tour in old American cars through contemporary Havana: Malecon, Revolution Square, residential district Miramar. Visiting old Havana: St. Francis with the Baroque cathedral, the Old Town, the Obispo Street, the Bodeguita del Medio and the famous mojito drink.
We are going to visit places related to Ernest Hemingway (hotel Ambos Mundos and bar Bodequita del Medio). Then, visit the Bocoy rum museum / factory.
In the afternoon tour of the new Havana: Capitol and Opera. Dinner.
Optional: an evening visit to one of the music clubs, where you can listen to the songs of the legendary group Buena Vista Social Club performed by local musicians (+40 USD).
Overnight in Havana with Cuban families.
Day 11:
After breakfast, we continue visit in Havana: Revolution Square, Revolution Museum, Columbus Cemetery. In the afternoon, it’s time to explore the city on your own. In the evening, dinner and overnight in Havana.
Optional: the trip “In the Hemingway Trail” – a visit to the favorite fishing village of Cojimar, where the writer often went fishing. A visit to the home of “Finca Vigia” and the favorite restaurant “Floridita”, where you will have the opportunity to try the famous daiquiri (+40 USD).
Dinner and overnight in Havana with Cuban families.
Optional: salsa lesson and departure to the night club (+60 USD).
Day 12:
After breakfast, departure from Havana, drive through Pinar del Rio, the city of tobacco growers, to the Valle de Vinales – national park with gigantic limestone outliers Mogotes. The program includes visiting the Indian Cave (discovered in 1951) and rock paintings. A visit to a cigar factory or a tobacco plantation. Then a visit to the Soroa Botanical Garden.
Return to the hotel in Havana for dinner and overnight with Cuban families.

Day 13:
After breakfast, go to Playa Giron and Guam. Visiting the crocodile farm and a short cruise on the canals of the Zapata Peninsula. Then drive to Cienfuegos – a city often called the Cuban “Pearl of the South”, thanks to its well-preserved colonial architecture, it is one of the most beautiful tourist attractions of the island. We will see the historical center of Pueblo Nuevo, the Parque Jose Marti, the cathedral, Palacio de Valle and Paseo del Prado – the longest pedestrian street in Cuba. Dinner and overnight in a hotel near Cienfuegos. (300 km).
Day 14:
After breakfast, a trip towards Santa Clara – the city where Che Guevara was captured by the Cuban Revolution, we will visit the Guevara Memorial (Che’s personal belongings) and the “revolutionary” armored train.
Then drive towards Trinidad. On the way we will visit the famous Valle de los Ingenios (Sugar Valley) – sugar cane plantations, villages inhabited by slave descendants and visit the Manaca Iznaga estate. Dinner and overnight in the Trinidad area. Free time at Ancona beach.
Day 15:
In the morning, drive to Havana. Rest and stay in Varadero. Overnight in Varadero.
Day 16:
Transport to the airport.
Departure or extension of rest.
